The Fine Print
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 28, 2026
These terms cover your use of hollahollee.com and anything you buy from Hollahollee. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them. They're written in plain language. If anything is unclear, email us.
1. Who we are
Hollahollee is run by Holly Williams under the business name Williams Creative Solutions, based in Alberta, Canada. When these terms say "we," "us" or "Hollahollee," that's who they mean.
2. What we sell
We sell digital products: ebooks, recipe guides and other downloads for fans of Turkish dramas. Each product page describes what's included. Nothing physical is shipped.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars unless the page says otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider (SamCart, with payments handled by Stripe). We never see or store your full card details. Your bank may add its own fees, such as currency conversion, and those are between you and your bank. Where sales tax applies, it's shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
After your payment goes through, you'll get access to your purchase by email or download link. If it doesn't arrive within an hour, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll sort it out.
5. Refunds
All sales are final because digital products can't be returned. The only exception is a duplicate purchase of the same product. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. How you can use what you buy
When you buy a product, you get a personal license to use it yourself. You can:
- download it, print it and cook from it at home
- make the recipes for family, friends and gatherings
You can't:
- share, forward, upload or give away the files
- resell, republish or rebrand the content
- copy recipes, text or photos into your own product, website, course or social media as if they were yours
If you want to share a recipe you made, please do, and tag us. Just link back to Hollahollee instead of posting the full recipe.
7. Our content
All content on this site and in our products (text, recipes, photos, videos, designs) belongs to Hollahollee unless we say otherwise. Please don't copy it without written permission.
8. Recipes, food and allergies
Our recipes are for home cooking and entertainment. They aren't medical, nutritional or dietary advice. You're responsible for checking ingredients for allergies and sensitivities, following safe food-handling practices, and using good judgment in the kitchen. Results can vary depending on your ingredients, equipment and experience.
9. We're fans, not the studios
Hollahollee is an independent fan project. We aren't affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any Turkish drama, production company, network, streaming service or actor we mention. Show titles, character names and related trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe and discuss the shows.
10. Links to other sites
We sometimes link to other websites, like streaming services or shops. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We'll mark those clearly.
11. Emails
If you sign up for our emails or buy a product, we'll send you your purchase details and occasional emails about recipes, dramas and new products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
12. Reviews and messages you send us
If you send us a review, photo or comment and give us permission to share it, you allow us to use it on our site, in emails and on social media with your first name. We won't share your full name or contact details without asking.
13. Limits on our responsibility
We work hard to make our products accurate and useful, but we provide them "as is." To the extent the law allows, Hollahollee isn't responsible for indirect losses from using our site or products, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in place when you made a purchase applies to that purchase.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
